SPA day at home in 4 steps
The holidays were expensive, and the return to work is stressing you out? Take a deep breath and treat yourself to a moment like “ Dans l'SPA ” that is affordable & in the comfort of your home!
1. Creates an atmosphere conducive to relaxation
Leave your cell phone in the kitchen or turn off notifications. Run a bath, make some herbal tea, dim the lights, and get out your diffuser or favorite candle !
Moisten a Konjac sponge with warm or hot water, wait for it to swell, then add a dab of your favorite cleanser. Then gently rub in small circles on the skin of the face.
3. Purifying face mask
Here's what you'll need to make this mask;
- 2 tablespoons of green clay offered in bulk at the store
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of liquid honey
- A few minutes
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Apply the preparation to your face and be careful not to get any around your eyes and lips.
Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes, spraying with water from time to time to prevent the mask from drying out.
When the time is up, rinse thoroughly!
4. Facial hydration
The last and very essential step!
Constantly exposed, the epidermis of your face requires good hydration (and sun protection) to fight external aggressions on the one hand and to prevent it from drying out on the other. For a real velvet skin, we suggest our Venti cream made with shea butter, coconut oil and homemade oat milk!
