Do not apply it to wet hands, as the product would be diluted and therefore less effective. We have followed Health Canada's recommendations to the letter regarding the ingredients and the alcohol content necessary for our recipe to be effective. Our recipe is approved by Health Canada but has not been tested in a laboratory, so we cannot guarantee its effectiveness in the health crisis situation.
