Gua Sha has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine.
A little sweet almond oil or Venti moisturizer and you can use it on your face to get the benefits. It is also possible to use it in the shower!
Use
On the curved side of the stone, slide your gua sha over your skin continuously, without going back and forth. Start from the top to the bottom of your neck, then go from the center to the outside of your eyelids, to finish under your eyes (always from the nose to the ears).
Morning gua sha is great for de-puffing and energizing your face, while in the evening it will relax your muscles and reduce tension.
Increasing blood circulation in your face could have several benefits such as: A brighter complexion, reduced dark circles or puffiness under the eyes, and improved suppleness of your skin.
